What You'll Do7
- 1Act as liaison between clients subcontractors and employees to foster strong relationships
- 2Oversee daily operations managing slab block and framing activities to meet plans schedules and budgets
- 3Lead subcontractors with accountability ensuring high-quality work and safe job sites
- 4Conduct site inspections and progress reviews addressing issues proactively through analysis and decisions
- 5Enforce safety protocols and code compliance using time management skills to keep projects on track
- 6Coordinate material deliveries and equipment usage to optimize resources and maintain efficiency
- 7Communicate clear updates and reports to project managers and clients maintaining transparency
Requirements5
- 12+ years management experience sales experience in construction is a plus
- 2Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
- 3Valid driver’s license with safe driving record
- 4OSHA 10-Hour Certification Preferred
- 5Spanish language proficiency Preferred
