Overview

What You'll Do10
- 1Lead delivery of service needs for customers in the Minneapolis Saint Paul area
- 2Perform onsite installation training preventative maintenance upgrades and repairs of complex laser systems
- 3Travel locally within the Minneapolis Saint Paul area and occasionally across central US states
- 4Diagnose and troubleshoot system issues using statistical analysis and reliability evaluation
- 5Test and tune equipment to achieve peak performance
- 6Advise management on customer satisfaction product performance and improvement suggestions
- 7Support sales activities by gathering and forwarding relevant customer information
- 8Report spare part requirements to maintain inventory
- 9Serve as liaison with customers for administrative and technical project matters
- 10Provide technical support via phone and email acting as communication link with factory staff
Requirements9
- 12-year technical degree or equivalent work experience vocational training or military electronics training
- 23-5 years relevant field service experience
- 3Experience with laser optics highly desirable
- 4Strong problem-solving abilities for electronic electro-optical electrical software and mechanical issues
- 5Ability to interpret electrical schematics
- 6Computer literacy and strong writing verbal communication skills
- 7Fluency in English
- 8Valid passport for European product training
- 9Physical ability to lift 50 lbs
