What You'll Do5
- 1Sort inspect and grade clean textiles to meet quality standards
- 2Fold assemble and package textiles using machines or manual methods
- 3Process textiles by product type following written packing instructions
- 4Place finished products on conveyors or carts moving materials within production area
- 5Record production activity by logging in and out of the Spindle productivity tracking system
Requirements5
- 1Physical stamina for standing walking reaching overhead pushing pulling grasping handling textiles lifting up to 25 pounds
- 2Ability to recognize colors sizes and product types
- 3Counting and sorting accuracy
- 4Understanding written packing instructions and following verbal directions
- 5Experience working in industrial laundry environments with temperature variations humidity odors lint and dust
