Overview
The statewide program administrator leads implementation of federal survivor benefits for foster youth across Colorado. This hybrid role develops statewide policy and coordinates with federal partners to ensure proper benefit administration. Candidates will drive compliance and technical support.

Requirements10
- 1Eight years of experience in public administration or child welfare programs
- 2Education in Public Administration or related field
- 3Proven experience with federal survivor benefits and representative payee systems
- 4Knowledge of trust accounting and benefit conservation practices
- 5Ability to develop policies and coordinate with government agencies
- 6Strong analytical skills for data interpretation and program evaluation
- 7Experience with Colorado ABLE accounts and special needs savings programs
- 8Familiarity with CRS 19-7-105 and related state regulations
- 9Project management experience leading complex initiatives
- 10Excellent written communication and technical writing abilities
