- 7Lead cross-agency initiatives to enhance program efficiency
- 8Coordinate with state partners to maximize funding opportunities
- 9Provide financial explanations to legislative councils and JBC
- 10Implement performance metrics to drive operational improvements
- 11Ensure regulatory adherence across all financial activities
Requirements10
- 1Ten years of progressive budgeting finance experience leading multi-disciplinary teams
- 2Proven legislative budget process expertise and fiscal impact analysis
- 3Master's degree in Finance Public Administration or related field
- 4Experience managing $1M+ budgets with grant compliance
- 5Strong knowledge of Colorado fiscal and procurement regulations
- 6Background in outcomes-based funding and performance management
- 7Ability to navigate complex interagency relationships
- 8Expertise in state funding request protocols and legislative submissions
- 9Demonstrated negotiation and consensus-building capabilities
- 10Experience with administrative processes in governmental settings
