What You'll Do11

Requirements10

  • 1Ten years of progressive budgeting finance experience leading multi-disciplinary teams
  • 2Proven legislative budget process expertise and fiscal impact analysis
  • 3Master's degree in Finance Public Administration or related field
  • 4Experience managing $1M+ budgets with grant compliance
  • 5Strong knowledge of Colorado fiscal and procurement regulations
  • 6Background in outcomes-based funding and performance management
  • 7Ability to navigate complex interagency relationships
  • 8Expertise in state funding request protocols and legislative submissions
  • 9Demonstrated negotiation and consensus-building capabilities
