What You'll Do11
- 1Execute ADL assistance following individualized care plans
- 2Provide medication support delegated by supervisors
- 3Assist with meal preparation shopping and household transportation
- 4Perform transfers lifting up to 20 pounds safely
- 5Maintain client safety through environmental assessments
- 6Document care activities accurately using telephony systems
- 7Drive clients to medical appointments with mileage reimbursement
- 8Offer companionship and emotional support per client preferences
- 9Report condition changes immediately to care managers
- 10Adhere to HIPAA regulations and company confidentiality policies
- 11Support nursing delegation certification pursuit as a plus
Requirements9
- 15+ years experience with CNA/HCA credentials
- 2Washington State CNA or HCA license currently active
- 3Current driver's license with valid insurance
- 4Strong communication skills in English verbal and written forms
- 5Ability to lift 20 pounds regularly with occasional 50 pound lifts
- 6Valid RN Delegation certification preferred
- 7Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and healthcare software
- 8Experience with client record maintenance and incident reporting
- 9Physical stamina for moderate work requiring sitting standing walking
