Overview
Fedelta Home Care seeks a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant to deliver personalized home care services in South King County. The ideal candidate will own client satisfaction by executing an individualized care plan focused on daily living assistance and therapeutic support. This role emphasizes maintaining a safe, clean environment while fostering client independence and dignity.
What You'll Do11
- 1Execute ADL assistance per client-specific care plans including medication aid and personal hygiene
- 2Provide meal preparation shopping and transportation services
- 3Assist with repositioning transfers and safe ambulation using proper lifting techniques
- 4Maintain accurate client records documenting health observations and incident reports
- 5Transport clients to medical appointments and community activities as directed
- 6Support emotional well-being through companionship and adherence to client preferences
- 7Collaborate with care management teams regarding scope of care adjustments
- 8Perform housekeeping duties including laundry and facility maintenance
- 9Administer physical therapy exercises under clinical supervision
- 10Report critical client condition changes immediately to supervisors
- 11Follow HIPAA guidelines and company confidentiality policies
Requirements8
- 1Current Washington State CNA credential or ability to obtain certification within 30 days
- 2Minimum six months caregiving experience with proven competency in patient assistance
- 3Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
- 4Ability to lift up to 50 pounds with proper technique
- 5Valid driver’s license with insurance and clean driving record
- 6Knowledge of health software systems including WellSky Personal Care
- 7Experience with telephony reporting systems for shift documentation
- 8High level of professionalism and adaptability in dynamic home environments
