Overview
Fedelta Home Care seeks a skilled caregiver to join our team in Seattle. This open interview walk-in occurs on August 12th from 11:00 AM to 3:00 PM at our Seattle location. Candidates will discuss flexible scheduling and build a meaningful career with emphasis on compassion and connection.
What You'll Do11
- 1Perform all duties per the client’s individualized care plan as directed by the In-Home Care Supervisor or Manager
- 2Assist with ADLs including housekeeping medication assistance personal care meal preparation shopping transportation repositioning transfers lifting standby assistance companionship
- 3Maintain accurate client records documenting medication distribution leisure activities incidents observations changes to health condition
- 4Ensure safe environment and adhere to safety protocols during emergencies
- 5Conduct self professionally while representing Fedelta Home Care
- 6Report changes in client condition to the Client Care Manager
- 7Safely transport clients to appointments assist with ambulation and transfers
- 8Adhere to HIPAA privacy practices and maintain confidentiality
- 9Follow company policies for documentation and reporting
- 10Provide emotional and social support as required by client preference
- 11Regularly report to scheduled shifts and record time via Telephony or Clear Care applications
Requirements10
- 1Current Washington State CNA HCA HHA or NAR credential in good standing
- 2Minimum six months industry experience
- 3Valid Washington State driver’s license acceptable driving record and current auto insurance
- 4Ability to obtain RN delegation certification if desired
- 5Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite Word Excel Outlook and healthcare programs like WellSky Personal Care
- 6Strong communication skills in English verbal and written forms
- 7Experience with diverse populations understanding differences needs values lifestyles ages
- 8Physical stamina to lift up to 100 pounds under supervision
- 9Regular local travel and reliable transportation capabilities
- 10Commitment to professionalism and customer service standards in stressful situations
