Overview
We seek an energetic high-performing hospitality-driven General Manager to launch and lead a new high-end indoor entertainment facility blending Pickleball Premium Mini Golf and a full-service Restaurant and Bar. The GM will oversee daily operations blend sports recreation with top-tier food and beverage drive financial profitability and cultivate an unforgettable guest experience.
What You'll Do11
- 1Multi-Department Operational Leadership Oversee court scheduling pickleball tournaments clinics and leagues ensuring mini golf courses are pristine and operating seamlessly
- 2Hospitality & F&B Partner with Kitchen Manager Head Chef and Bar Manager to deliver excellent food quality creative cocktail programs fast service and strict inventory controls
- 3Guest Experience & Reputation Management Maintain high-energy welcoming atmosphere actively monitor track and implement strategies to elevate guest satisfaction scores online review ratings and Net Promoter Scores
- 4Facility & Safety Guarantee highest standards of cleanliness safety and preventative maintenance across courts greens kitchen and guest areas
- 5Team Building & Culture Recruit hire train and mentor diverse front-of-house hospitality staff kitchen crew court coordinators and event hosts fostering positive inclusive collaborative work culture
- 6Financial Performance & Sales Growth Take full accountability for venue PnL managing labor food beverage and operational expenses to hit budget targets drive revenue growth across court rentals mini golf rounds corporate events private parties sponsorships and F&B sales collaborate with marketing teams to execute local promotions community outreach and membership drives
- 7Dispute Resolution & De-escalation Handle high-stress situations customer complaints and internal staff conflicts with diplomacy empathy and professionalism turning dissatisfied guests into loyal brand advocates
- 8F&B Expertise Solid background in full-service food and beverage operations including inventory management margin control and liquor law compliance
- 9Sports/Recreation Passion Knowledge of pickleball mechanics or tournament structure is a massive plus but a passion for competitive recreational entertainment is required
- 10Leadership Style Hands-on visible leader preferring being out on the floor supporting the team and greeting guests rather than sitting in the back office
- 11Certifications ServSafe Manager and local alcohol server certifications required obtainable within 30 days of hire

- 15+ years progressive management experience in high-volume hospitality sports entertainment or multi-attraction venues such as boutique bowling concepts golf simulators high-end family entertainment centers or sports bars with heavy programming
