What You'll Do9
- 1Interact with families receiving Family Empowerment Services and perform intake assessments
- 2Address trauma and crisis situations encountered during case management
- 3Complete engagement processes for families referred to FES
- 4Document daily activities and maintain accurate records
- 5Manage caseload of up to 15 families
- 6Operate from 9am to 5pm Monday through Friday
- 7Perform background clearances including FBI Child Abuse State and ACT 31
- 8Obtain medical certifications such as TB test CPR and hepatitis b screening
- 9Follow established treatment plan protocols
Requirements7
- 1Bachelor's degree in social work psychology human services or sociology
- 2Valid driver's license
- 3One year experience with trauma-affected demographics
- 4One year as case manager service coordinator or social worker
- 5Clearances: FBI Child Abuse State Background and ACT 31
- 6Medical documentation skills including physical exam TB skin test CPR Level 2 and hepatitis b screening
- 7Ability to adhere strictly to intervention plans
