Requirements5
- 110+ years of experience in semiconductor technical sales or automotive with a track record of inclusive collaborative work

- 3Proven inclusive leadership managing mid size teams (5–10 people) supporting growth and equity
- 4Established trusted OEM customer network and ability to build long term partnerships
- 5Willingness to travel 15–20% engaging with diverse stakeholders across regions
