Facility Operations Lead, Food Delivery & Customer Service
Overview
Own frontline facility operations at scale within a fast-growing food delivery network. You will ensure accurate order flow, supervise admin tasks, and serve as the problem solver for partners, drivers, and customers. What You'll Do8
- 1Build reliable order retrieval from kitchens to central processing
- 2Provide outstanding service to facility teams, restaurant customers, and drivers
- 3Coordinate order transport with accurate scanning and efficient handoffs
- 4Maintain clean facilities and manage admin duties
- 5Act as a community liaison between CloudKitchens, partners, and drivers
- 6Troubleshoot issues on shift and escalate where needed
- 7Support scheduling and shift matching across 7 days a week
- 8Uphold safety and operational standards on site

Salary Insight
