What You'll Do11
- 1Assist staff in maintaining locker rooms fitness floors common areas and amenities
- 2Respond to member feedback with urgency and provide follow up communication with solutions
- 3Assist the manager with monthly and annual budget recommendations
- 4Support training team members through ongoing training coaching counseling and continuous feedback
- 5Serve on the club Safety Committee ensuring OSHA compliance
- 6Participate in recruiting and interviewing for the Operations department
- 7Attend weekly department head Operations and all club meetings
- 8Build positive relationships with members while gathering feedback
- 9Coordinate and create Operations staff schedules
- 10Own and scale facility maintenance processes
- 11Drive operational efficiency and member satisfaction
Requirements6
- 1High School Diploma or GED CPR/AED certification within 30 days
- 21 year customer service experience
- 3Aquatic Facilities Operator Certification AFO Certified Pool Operator license within 3 months
- 4Flexible availability to meet business needs
- 5College degree preferred in business hospitality or related field
- 6Experience with building operations
