- 3Onboard and train new and existing staff members
- 4Coordinate permanent staff schedule changes and substitute coverage for classes
- 5Approve payroll hours and track student skill progress for reporting
- 6Meet with program managers to improve class schedules and procedures
- 7Maintain facility upkeep through vendor coordination
- 8Prepare daily weekly and monthly reports
- 9Enforce safety protocols to prevent accidents
- 10Deliver feedback to students and parents to ensure satisfaction
- 11Perform additional job-related tasks as assigned
Requirements9
- 1Minimum 2 years teaching experience
- 2Minimum 2 years managerial experience
- 3Passion for child development and helping them succeed
- 4Ability to multitask and organize multiple employees and shifts
- 5Proven calm reaction skills during emergencies
- 6Knowledge of customer service standards and procedures
- 7Lifeguard or Lifeguard Instructor certification within first 90 days
- 8CPO License required (provided as necessary)
- 9Experience with physical education and sports management
