The Lead Facility Operations manager oversees the Operations department to ensure cleanliness standards. They lead the team in fulfilling the mission statement while managing training scheduling payroll budget and recruiting staff.
What You'll Do11
- 1Ensure locker rooms fitness floors and common areas clean tidy and welcoming at all times
- 2Manage and schedule up to 30 coach team members
- 3Provide training through orientation direction and feedback
- 4Recruit for the Operations department and advise the General Manager on hiring promotions and disciplinary actions
- 5Maintain monthly quarterly and annual department budgets submit monthly financial reports to the General Manager
- 6Complete operations payroll and ensure labor costs stay within budgetary guidelines
- 7Minimum requirement High School Diploma or GED
- 82 years of management experience
- 9Building operations experience
- 10CPR/AED certification required within 30 days of hire
- 11Certified Pool Operations license within 6 months of hire
