- 2Conduct sick calls and manage emergency response protocols across the facility

- 4Manage nursing shift rotations and supervise RN/LVN personnel
- 5Oversee inventory control and supply chain management
- 6Perform quality assurance audits to maintain compliance standards
- 7Lead hiring processes and conduct staff onboarding and performance evaluations
Requirements5
- 1Registered Nurse credential with current state licensure
- 2Minimum three years of clinical nursing experience
- 3One year supervisory experience in correctional or detention settings
- 4Lifesaving BLS certification through AHA
- 5Current CPR certification with American Red Cross
