Own facilities operations and transportation for a private family across multiple Manhattan properties. What You'll Do7
- 1Execute weekly courier loops and ad hoc driving requests with GPS navigation.
- 2Maintain fleet vehicles: schedule oil changes, tire rotations, and inspections.
- 3Perform building walkthroughs to identify and resolve maintenance issues.
- 4Organize warehouse inventory and support property projects.
- 5Lift and move equipment up to 50 lbs; assist with snow removal and pressure washing.
- 6Coordinate with facilities and household staff on daily priorities.
- 7Report incidents and vehicle status through maintenance logs.
Requirements7
- 15+ years in facilities maintenance, driving, or related roles.
- 2Valid Driver's License with clean driving record.
- 3Knowledge of traffic laws and safe navigation.
- 4Experience with vehicle maintenance and upkeep.
- 5Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform physical tasks.
- 6Strong communication and organizational skills.
- 7Flexibility to work Monday through Friday with occasional weekends.
