What You'll Do11

- 4Schedule and set up meetings and conference rooms including catering and technology
- 5Request building and housekeeping services as needed
- 6Perform clerical duties such as distributing faxes and ordering supplies
- 7Track packages mail and freight and arrange messenger services
- 8Arrange hospitality services for guests like transportation and tickets
- 9Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in working areas
- 10Laminate documents data entry and manage inventory using company systems
- 11Follow attendance policies and dress code guidelines
Requirements10
- 1High School Diploma or GED with 1-3 years job‑related experience
