Facilitator Trainer, Everett WA (Onsite)
Overview
You'll own the training process for leads and managers across diverse industries, including electrical, aerospace, mechanical, and EHS. You'll join the Instructor Resource Management team, working onsite in Everett, WA. This role demands sharp evaluation skills, precise record keeping, and clear communication. It's a 3+ month contract position where you'll get full training on all content, so no prior industry knowledge is needed. You'll apply your training or instructor experience to deliver hands-on and theoretical assessments.
What You'll Do6
- 1Deliver hands-on and theoretical training to leads and managers in electrical, aerospace, mechanical, and EHS fields, using provided materials.
- 2Administer complex evaluation systems, scoring both hands-on performance and written assessments with accuracy.
- 3Manage multiple training sessions and client groups simultaneously, adapting to shifting priorities without losing focus.
- 4Maintain a clean and organized workspace within a busy industrial environment, following all safety guidelines.
- 5Communicate updates, issues, and questions to your manager promptly, ensuring alignment on training progress.
- 6Record grades and attendance with 100% accuracy into the MS Office database, ensuring reliable data for reporting.
Requirements5
- 11-3 years of training, leadership, or management experience, ideally in a corporate, military, or academic setting.
- 2Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage diverse adult learners.
- 3Organizational skills to track multiple training cohorts and evaluation results simultaneously.
- 4Proficiency with MS Office (especially Excel and Word) and willingness to learn new software platforms.
- 5Attention to detail for maintaining accurate records and following complex evaluation protocols.
