Training Coordinator at Base-Power
Overview
Strategic Operator who owns partner relationships and drives training programs for Base's homebuilder partnership. Responsible for scaling factory new hire orientation, partner collaboration, and developing scalable L&D functions. Must ensure ISO 9001 and OSHA compliance while supporting rapid business growth.
What You'll Do11
- 1Own and continuously improve factory new hire orientation including workplace safety and quality training
- 2Partner with Manufacturing Quality and Safety leaders to identify training needs and prioritize programs
- 3Deploy certification programs tracking completions and create cross-training matrices
- 4Design and roll out new trainings Sales Installers and New Managers across all teams
- 5Maintain audit-ready training records for ISO 9001 and OSHA compliance
- 6Support development of safety procedures and quality standards SOPs with subject matter experts
- 7Serve as primary resource for training logistics scheduling and coordination across BF1 and other sites
- 8Lay groundwork for scalable L&D function as Base expands footprint
- 9Build processes and programs from scratch as a builder's mindset
- 10Work directly on Factory floor building rapport with operators and leads
- 11Collaborate cross-functionally to align training priorities with operational needs
Requirements10
- 11-4 years experience in training L&D HR quality or safety in manufacturing environments
- 2Familiarity with HRIS/LMS platforms Rippling experience preferred
- 3Knowledge of ISO 9001 and/or OSHA compliance requirements
- 4Ability to design and deliver training content present to diverse audiences
- 5Strong organizational skills prioritizing factory compliance and safety needs
- 6Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- 7Comfortable spending significant time on Factory floor building relationships
- 8Cross-functional collaboration skills working with all departments
- 9Builder's mindset creating processes from scratch
- 10Thrive in dynamic environment with shifting priorities
