What You'll Do21
- 1Conducts semiconductor equipment training needs assessment by gathering information from experts
- 2Maintains product technical knowledge to prepare and present defined courses
- 3Communicates with product groups to obtain current product information
- 4Manages multiple projects of diverse scope and complexity
- 5Directs project team members
- 6Determines system utilization requirements through research and testing
- 7Utilizes technical publications to maximize documentation efficiency
- 8Develops customized training materials per customer needs
- 9Trains others in standard course development processes
- 10Leads NPI training development projects with minimal support
- 11Presents technical training in-house and at customer sites
- 12Ensures safe training environment following organizational standards
- 13Provides technical expertise and troubleshooting support
- 14Manages classroom and lab activities to meet course objectives
- 15Acts as mentor to less senior instructors
- 16Establishes new certification requirements
- 17Evaluates training effectiveness for job applications
- 18Delivers coaching and leadership to peers
- 19Ensures equipment operation through preventive maintenance
- 20Analyzes customer issues to identify future training opportunities
- 21Contributes to team efforts to achieve business goals
Requirements8
- 1Bachelor degree in engineering education or training with 4 years semiconductor equipment experience
- 24 years of professional semiconductor equipment experience following manuals and schematics
- 3Experience in installation programming safety maintenance and repair
- 4Preferred nationally recognized Instructional Design certification
- 5Strong communication presentation and problem-solving skills
- 6Experience with MS Windows networking and e-learning tools
- 7Familiarity with semiconductor equipment calibration and troubleshooting
- 8Ability to travel up to 40% of time
