  • 7Maintain expertise in Low Observable / Counter‑Low Observable programs
  • 8Facilitate cross‑functional planning for export certification workflows
  • 9Provide insights on multinational fighter operations and coalition integration
  • 10Engage in flag‑officer briefings and senior‑level interface activities
  • 11Apply knowledge of Low Observable systems and export policies

Requirements9

  • 1Minimum 10 years relevant work experience
  • 2Master’s Degree in relevant field or bachelor’s degree plus four additional years
  • 3Expertise in F‑35 program export policies and National Disclosure Policy
  • 4Proven ability to interpret capability development documentation
  • 5Strong understanding of multinational fighter operations and coalition integration
  • 6Experience with Air Staff/OSD organizations and processes
  • 7Familiarity with Low Observable / Counter‑Low Observable aircraft programs
  • 8Demonstrated success in leading cross‑service integration projects
  • 9Ability to handle sensitive security clearance requirements
