What You'll Do11
- 1Service products and equipment on assigned projects ensuring customer satisfaction
- 2Diagnose and repair units using hand-tools and engineering specifications
- 3Identify systems and products at customer locations to perform preventative maintenance site surveys and modifications
- 4Prepare for installations by examining building layouts anticipating difficulties and coordinating on-site work
- 5Inspect vehicles checking condition and cleanliness then maintain records scheduling and repairs
- 6Maintain equipment by inspecting for wear notifying customers of findings
- 7Document work through paperwork and file maintenance
- 8Represent company as direct customer contact determining parts needed and ordering them promptly
- 9Track parts material labor and subs costs per assignment returning unused resources
- 10Submit all required paperwork and reports on time
- 11Stay updated on product information regarding installation operation maintenance service and repair
Requirements10
- 15+ years experience building HVAC systems with Spark and Airflow
- 23-5 seasons of relevant field service experience
- 3Certified in CPC Card
- 4BCBA certification preferred
- 55+ years of experience with Kubernetes
- 6Technical documentation skills
- 7Customer communication abilities
- 8Mechanical aptitude
- 9Physical stamina for lifting and moving heavy equipment
- 10Reliability and commitment to safety standards
