- 4Project Management: Provides meeting support that often requires cross functional coordination and high-level project management
- 5Event Coordination: Coordinates activities between departments and external parties/stakeholders
- 6Travel Management: Arranges regular travel, maintains T&E budgets, and ensures compliance
- 7Communications: Assists in effective internal and external communication by identifying engaging tools and creating draft materials
- 8Optimization: Maintains calendars to optimize time and efficiency, leverages automation and AI to streamline operations
- 9Creates impactful materials: Prepares and edits correspondence, presentations, and reports for executive meetings
- 10Manages travel itinerary and experience: Coordinates all travel arrangements in a timely and cost-effective manner
- 11Onboarding: Supports new hire onboarding to ensure a complete and welcome experience
Requirements11
- 18+ years of advanced administrative support experience working with senior-level executives
- 2Bachelor's degree in business or related discipline
- 3Resiliency with ability to navigate competing priorities and deliverables
- 4Proven project management skills, including event planning and coordination
- 5Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- 6Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and digital collaboration tools
- 7Experience leveraging automation and AI technologies
- 8Experience with executive travel management
- 9Executive presence and ability to interact in various situations
- 10Self-directed with resourcefulness and drive to work independently

Salary Insight
$62 - $106k per year
