You will manage heavy scheduling, emails, and internal communications in a high-touch environment. Work across data systems like Workday and Asana to prepare reports, coordinate interviews, and support events and travel. This role offers exposure to media and entertainment operations with room to grow within a collaborative team.

What You'll Do7

  • 1Build and manage executive calendars and email workflows to support high-priority initiatives
  • 2Coordinate candidate interviews and internal meetings to maintain efficient talent processes
  • 3Prepare basic data reports from Workday and assist with data collection for leadership insights
  • 4Book travel arrangements and manage expenses for executives and team members
  • 5Maintain candidate database and respond to inquiries while supporting job postings
  • 6Coordinate internal staff and department check-ins and regular meetings to sustain a high-touch People function
  • 7Support UTA hosted events and align logistics with teams as needed

Requirements7

  • 13+ years of experience supporting senior level executives
  • 2Experience in Human Resources preferred
  • 3Strong proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word
  • 4Working knowledge of Workday and Asana
  • 5Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • 6High level of professionalism and discretion
  • 7Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment
