Overview
This role owns executive support for senior leadership at Mastercard, a global payments technology company operating in 200+ countries. You will manage complex calendars, coordinate travel, and prepare meeting materials in a high-volume corporate environment. You'll work alongside a collaborative administrative team and interface with executives, customers, and external partners. What You'll Do10
- 1Manage executive calendars, scheduling meetings across multiple time zones with Outlook and Microsoft Teams.
- 2Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, and ground transportation, using Concur.
- 3Prepare and submit expense reports in SAP Concur, ensuring compliance with company policies.
- 4Draft, proofread, and distribute meeting minutes, correspondence, and reports using Microsoft Office suite.
- 5Maintain departmental budgets, tracking expenses and reconciling invoices in Excel spreadsheets.
- 6Screen and prioritize incoming calls and emails, responding on behalf of executives as needed.
- 7Order office supplies and maintain department records, both physical and electronic via SharePoint.
- 8Research special topics and compile data for presentations, using PowerPoint to create slides.
- 9Act as administrative liaison for internal and external stakeholders, building effective relationships.
- 10Support the onboarding of new team members by preparing materials and coordinating orientation sessions.
Requirements10
- 1High School diploma required, College degree preferred.
- 23+ years of administrative experience supporting C-suite executives in a corporate environment.
- 3Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- 4Proficiency in SAP Concur for travel and expense management.
- 5Experience managing budgets and using Excel for financial tracking.
- 6Excellent written and verbal communication skills with senior-level stakeholders.
- 7Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and integrity.
- 8Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- 9Proven ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a dynamic setting.
- 10Experience in the financial services or technology industry is a plus.
