Overview

Corvus Pharmaceutical seeks an Executive Administrative Assistant to support CEO CFO and other executives. This on-site role requires providing administrative assistance in a fast-paced environment. The position involves managing high-level contacts and representing senior leadership.

What You'll Do11

  • 1Schedule and coordinate meetings as requested by the CEO and CBO with internal and external stakeholders
  • 2Collect and prepare information for executive discussions and meetings with investors and board members
  • 3Coordinate executive leadership and board meetings including preparation of materials
  • 4Organize annual conferences such as ESMO ASCO and AACR
  • 5Handle contractual agreements review signing and filing
  • 6Coordinate investor relations meetings and related communications
  • 7Support backup duties for Office Manager and Facilities Coordinator
  • 8Anticipate needs of CEO and CFO while maintaining confidentiality
  • 9Exercise judgment in selecting solutions for operational challenges
  • 10Represent CEO and CFO with professionalism
  • 11Work five days weekly in South San Francisco office

Requirements11

  • 15+ years experience in executive administrative support
  • 2Bachelor’s degree with additional certification preferred
  • 3Expert proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • 4Proven experience with senior executives and external partners
  • 5Strong communication and organizational skills
  • 6Experience in pharmaceutical or biotechnology sectors
  • 7Excellent problem-solving abilities
  • 8Ability to handle confidential information
  • 9Flexibility and independence
  • 10Clear verbal and written communication skills
