What You'll Do6
- 1Answer patron questions regarding food and service
- 2Mix and serve a wide variety of beverages including specialty drinks
- 3Execute proper setup and clean-up of banquets
- 4Report maintenance problems to supervisors
- 5Lift objects up to 50 pounds and occasionally handle kegs over 100 pounds
- 6Maintain sanitation standards and catering event experience preferred
Requirements5
- 1Security clearance and Selective Service registration for males born after December 31 1959
- 221 years of age or older
- 3Ability to lift 50 pounds with occasional 100 pound keg lifts
- 4Strong communication skills for professional service
- 5Experience with fast-paced environments and allergen awareness
