What You'll Do9

  • 1Lead setup, operation, and technical support for complex live event productions, including AV systems and streaming equipment.
  • 2Direct dry rehearsals and resolve technical issues before the event to ensure flawless execution.
  • 3Switch live between multiple video feeds using video switchers, maintaining seamless transitions.
  • 4Integrate and display presentation materials at precise moments during hybrid meetings.
  • 5Troubleshoot advanced equipment failures in real time, minimizing disruption to the broadcast.
  • 6Guarantee high-quality final recordings and livestream outputs, verifying post-production compliance.
  • 7Manage production logistics, including vendor coordination and resource allocation for each event.
  • 8Collaborate with senior executives on scheduling, logistics, and on-site delivery to foster a professional environment.
  • 9Mentor junior technicians and lead technical crews during live productions.

Requirements10

  • 16+ years of experience in advertising, promotion, corporate communications, audio-visual technology, or broadcast engineering.
  • 2Advanced expertise in audio systems, video systems, and lighting systems, including troubleshooting and optimization.
  • 3Ability to design and implement AV solutions for complex corporate events.
  • 4Leadership experience in live production environments, mentoring junior technicians.
  • 5Strong project management and organizational skills, managing multiple priorities.
  • 6In-depth understanding of corporate event requirements and best practices.
  • 7Excellent communication skills for executive-level collaboration and stakeholder management.
