Lead esthetics program delivering high-quality education while maintaining an active Virginia Esthetics Instructor License. Teach theory and practical skills ensuring student competency for licensing examinations. Oversee clinical training uphold sanitation safety and professional standards.
What You'll Do9
- 1Deliver classroom instruction and practical demonstrations aligned with approved curriculum covering skin analysis facials hair removal sanitation infection control product knowledge and professional ethics
- 2Supervise students during clinical activities to guarantee safe professional performance monitoring progress and provide individualized guidance
- 3Implement state-approved curriculum and required clock hours for Virginia esthetics training following institutional lesson plans and schedules
- 4Evaluate student performance through written exams practical assessments and competency demonstrations while maintaining accurate attendance and progress records
- 5Ensure compliance with DPOR regulations school policies and institutional documentation requirements for regulatory inspections
- 6Participate in curriculum updates to reflect current industry practices and regulatory standards
- 7Maintain knowledge of esthetics industry trends participate in training programs and continue education activities
- 8Serve as professional role model promoting positive respectful and supportive learning environment
- 9Assist in preparing documentation required for regulatory audits and inspections

- 15+ years building esthetics programs
- 2Spark and Airflow experience with ETL pipelines
- 3DBOR certification requirement
- 4CPC Card preferred
- 5BCBA certification optional
- 65+ years experience with sanitization protocols
- 73-5 seasons leading training teams
- 8AWS cloud infrastructure familiarity
- 9React framework proficiency
- 10Kubernetes deployment expertise
