What You'll Do8
- 1Execute public capital raising transactions for issuer clients including IPOs and follow-on offerings
- 2Assist senior bankers in pitch preparation and RFP development
- 3Liaise with industry coverage sales trading syndicate equity research and legal teams
- 4Prepare thought pieces on equity capital markets and technology sector
- 5Drive analysis for issuer clients including precedent transactions and shareholder targeting
- 6Draft presentation materials and internal committee memorandums before transaction launches
- 7Own day-to-day transaction execution across multiple ongoing projects
- 8Scale relationships with clients through proactive engagement and strategic insights
Requirements5
- 1Bachelor's degree in Accounting Economics Finance or related field with minimum 1 year investment banking experience
- 2Strong accounting finance and quantitative business writing skills
- 3Knowledge of capital markets and ECM execution function
- 4Impeccable communication abilities for interacting with senior professionals clients and stakeholders
- 5Ability to thrive in fast-paced team environment and work independently across complex projects
