You own daily team operations and field leadership for Kinetic Fiber in Columbus, supporting a small team of technicians and coordinators. You drive scheduling, training, and customer outcomes from day one. Work alongside senior management to develop your leadership skills. What You'll Do7

Requirements7
- 11+ years in a leadership or supervisory role, ideally in field operations.
- 2Proven ability to coach and develop team members in a fast-paced setting.

- 4Demonstrated problem-solving and adaptability in high-pressure scenarios.
- 5Organizational skills to manage multiple priorities and schedules.
