Overview
The Manager of Enterprise Data Governance owns design implementation and operation of bankwide data governance framework ensuring client data assets accurate secure welldefined and compliant with OCC Heightened Standards and FFIEC guidelines. This role drives scaling across teams and distinguishes itself by focusing on regulatory alignment and crossfunctional collaboration.

- 1Design Build and lead scalable ETL pipelines using Spark and Airflow to unify data sources
- 2Implement robust data quality frameworks that drive accuracy across all enterprise datasets
- 3Lead debugging efforts to resolve data inconsistencies within the first ninety days
- 4Drive adoption of governance policies through workshops and documentation
- 5Scale governance practices to new business units and external partners
- 6Own shipment of critical data initiatives aligned with strategic objectives
- 7Analyze root causes of data issues and develop corrective action plans
- 8Drive innovation in data architecture leveraging AWS services
- 9Maintain Kubernetes clusters for data processing workloads
- 10Collaborate with stakeholders to define and enforce compliance standards
- 11Mentor junior analysts and foster a culture of data stewardship
Requirements7
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 23-5 seasons leading data governance programs
- 3AWS Certified cloud professional
- 4CPC Card certification preferred
- 55+ years experience with data tools
- 6OCC Heightened Standards knowledge required
- 7FFIEC guidelines familiarity mandatory
