What You'll Do10
- 1Lead day-to-day execution of enrollment feature development and operational support within the Aetna Employer Portal
- 2Partner with stakeholders to document current versus future state enrollment processes
- 3Manage user acceptance testing to validate features against design specifications
- 4Oversee access and registration processes for new and existing users including migrations from legacy tools
- 5Provide troubleshooting and support for internal and external users related to enrollment and billing
- 6Monitor and report enrollment performance metrics and implement process improvements
- 7Support communication and training materials for Sales and Account teams
- 8Collaborate with tool owners to coordinate decommissioning activities and ensure launch readiness
- 9Champion a customer‑centric approach to make enrollment solutions intuitive
- 10Foster a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence
Requirements5
- 15+ years of experience in healthcare operations enrollment management or digital platform support
- 2Proven track record managing cross‑functional initiatives and driving operational improvements
- 3Strong understanding of enrollment systems user provisioning and portal workflows
- 4Experience coordinating UAT and validating features
- 5Bachelor’s degree preferred with relevant professional qualifications
