You will lead structural engineering projects from concept through construction as Project Manager or Engineer of Record for a respected consulting firm. What You'll Do7
- 1Lead structural engineering projects from design through construction as Project Manager or Engineer of Record.
- 2Manage client relationships and coordinate with architects, contractors, and multidisciplinary teams.
- 3Mentor and supervise engineers and technical staff, supporting performance, career development, and resource planning.
- 4Oversee design quality, construction documents, RFIs, and technical reviews to ensure successful project delivery.
- 5Support business development through client engagement, proposal development, recruiting, and strategic planning.
- 6Drive technical excellence in commercial and institutional building projects using Revit and structural software like RAM, RISA, Enercalc, or Adapt.
- 7Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.
Requirements5
- 1PE or SE license required.
- 210-20 years of experience in commercial or institutional building design.
- 3Strong leadership, project management, and client-facing experience.
- 4Proficiency with Revit and structural design software such as RAM, RISA, Enercalc, Adapt, or similar.
- 5Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
