Overview
TI seeks an Engineering Section Manager to lead the DM6 team in Dallas. This role reports to the Engineering Branch Manager and oversees engineering managers and supervisors. Responsibilities include planning and maintaining product documentation while ensuring quality production at minimal cost. The ideal candidate will act as liaison for new product releases and develop systems for reporting and record keeping.

Requirements7
- 1Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
- 25+ years experience within a semiconductor fab
- 33+ years building and leading high-performing engineering teams
- 4Proven ability to manage materials equipment and personnel efficiently
- 5Strong verbal and written communication capabilities
- 6Experience with ETL pipelines using Spark and Airflow
- 7Understanding of semiconductor manufacturing processes
