- 1Support technical and administrative functions across Development Services Division
- 2Manage concept plan review phases and coordinate department comments
- 3Prepare draft public improvement justification letters for City Engineer review
- 4Process acceptance of public improvements and issue certificates of acceptance
- 5Maintain EDA project records for regulatory compliance
- 6Conduct research on documentation for EDA Public Records Requests
- 7Facilitate developer consultations and stakeholder meetings
- 8Analyze project files and provide historical development information
- 9Develop cost estimates for Public Improvement Agreements and grading permits
- 10Coordinate Pre-Construction and Certificate of Occupancy assistance programs
- 11Lead team efforts to achieve project timelines and client satisfaction
- 12Ensure adherence to zoning standards and city regulations
Requirements10
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 2Associate's degree or 5 years private/public sector experience
- 3Proficiency with e-Trakit permitting software and Bluebeam estimation tools
- 4Strong customer service skills for internal/external interactions
- 5Ability to resolve conflicts using diplomacy and tact
- 6Knowledge of Colorado Workers' Compensation Act and safety protocols
- 7Basic mathematical abilities and spreadsheet proficiency
- 8Experience with development practices and municipal codes
- 9Familiarity with City of Lakewood design requirements and permitting processes
- 10Commitment to teamwork and independent project management
