What You'll Do11
- 1Manage assigned licenses including massage and non-cigarette tobacco permits
- 2Conduct on-site inspections and investigations for compliance
- 3Coordinate with Variable Licensing Inspector and city departments
- 4Provide customer service via phone and in-person visits
- 5Maintain licensing databases and website information
- 6Assist with public postings and violation notifications
- 7Respond to inquiries and enforce City code adherence
- 8Support database management and reporting requirements
- 9Participate in special projects and testimony duties
- 10Collaborate with front office staff and external agencies
- 11Perform field work as needed
Requirements10
- 1Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
- 2High school diploma or equivalent with college coursework preferred
- 31+ year office experience with customer service focus
- 4Familiarity with Laserfiche records system
- 5Ability to lift 30 lbs and perform light physical tasks
- 6Strong communication skills for diverse populations
- 7Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- 8Experience with onsite inspections and municipal licensing
- 9Knowledge of relevant state and local regulations
- 10Background check clearance required
