Overview
Quanta Infrastructure Solutions Group seeks an Engineering Contracts Administrator to serve as the primary liaison between Engineering and Legal departments. This role drafts and processes professional services agreements while reviewing prime contracts and maintaining licensing records. The ideal candidate will drive contract administration and support cross-functional collaboration.
What You'll Do12
- 1Serve as primary point of contact between Engineering and Legal departments on contract matters
- 2Review and track engineering agreements with customers and route documents for legal review
- 3Draft, issue, and track work orders and statements of work aligned with prime contracts
- 4Maintain professional licensing and certification records across jurisdictions
- 5Utilize Power BI applications to report contract and licensing data to internal stakeholders
- 6Draft and administer confidentiality agreements and teaming contracts
- 7Coordinate with Accounting on contract status reporting and invoice reconciliation
- 8Perform special projects as assigned or requested
- 9Support contracts administration and procurement within EPC infrastructure environments
- 10Familiarity with AI-assisted contract review platforms such as Ironclad or Spellbook
- 11Demonstrate advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and Power BI tools
- 12Apply strong organizational skills and attention to detail in high-volume review environments
Requirements11
- 1High school diploma or equivalent with 2 years contracts administration experience
- 2Proficiency with DocuSign and Microsoft Word track changes
- 3Bachelor's degree in business supply chain construction management or related field
- 43+ years contracts administration supporting infrastructure or EPC projects
- 5Experience with utility transmission distribution or large infrastructure procurement
- 6Familiarity with AI contract review platforms and professional engineering licensing requirements
- 7Experience with Power BI or similar contact tracking tools
- 8Advanced Microsoft Office and Google product skills
- 9Self-starter with excellent communication and multitasking abilities
- 10Ability to work independently while supporting cross-functional teams
