What You'll Do9
- 1Integrate all‑source intelligence and geotechnical data to model facility functions and physical configurations
- 2Develop detailed 3D BIM models and 2D CAD drawings across civil structural and protective engineering disciplines
- 3Perform clash detection and resolve spatial conflicts before design completion
- 4Maintain and enhance project specific and enterprise BIM libraries with custom families and metadata
- 5Audit models for data integrity LOD compliance and organizational standards
- 6Generate technical reports and documentation directly from BIM sources
- 7Lead model coordination meetings with clients and cross functional teams
- 8Execute engineering drawings following established drafting standards
- 9Collaborate with SMEs to solve complex technical challenges
Requirements9
- 1U.S. citizenship required
- 2Active TS/SCI clearance or Top Secret clearance with SSBI eligibility
- 3Bachelor’s degree with 8+ years relevant experience or Master’s with 6+ years
- 4Expertise in civil structural or protective engineering applied to BIM
- 5Proficiency with Autodesk Revit AutoCAD and BIM software
- 6Familiarity with VENTSIM ETAP or similar infrastructure simulation tools
- 7Military or defense related experience preferred
- 8Experience with design reviews specifications development and document management
- 9Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced government environment
