What You'll Do11
- 1Produce detailed 3D Revit models of above and below ground facilities including structural mechanical electrical and plumbing systems
- 2Establish and integrate BIM standards protocols and processes
- 3Create manage and coordinate BIM models while mentoring junior team members
- 4Perform quality control checks on models for accuracy and compliance
- 5Provide advanced technical support and guidance for BIM software and workflows
- 6Collaborate with technical subject matter experts and software developers to evaluate emerging technologies
- 7Drive innovation by incorporating AI/ML workflows and simulation platforms into production
- 8Implement BIM Execution Plans for facility projects
- 9Utilize Digital Twin technologies and 3D modeling for simulation applications
- 10Coordinate multidisciplinary teams including engineers and geologists
- 11Ensure adherence to construction methods and building codes with emphasis on underground systems
Requirements11
- 1Active TS/SCI clearance with willingness to undergo CI polygraph requiring US citizenship
- 2Bachelor’s degree in Drafting Design Technology Engineering or related field or equivalent experience
- 3Advanced proficiency in Autodesk Revit including family creation modeling techniques and data management
- 4Strong understanding of BIM principles workflows and standards
- 5Solid knowledge of construction methods building codes and underground systems
- 6Experience with BIM Execution Plans and facility projects
- 7Familiarity with digital twin technologies and visualization software like Unreal 3ds Max or Enscape
- 8Understanding of HVAC electrical plumbing fire life safety and control systems
- 9Certificate of Management – Building Information Modeling (CM-BIM)
- 10Preferred experience with Dynamo for Revit automation and visualization tools
- 11Relevant experience in industrial IoT platforms SCADA systems BMS and PLCs
