Overview
Deseret Mutual Benefit Administrators seeks an Employer Relations Consultant to strengthen partnerships with sponsoring organizations. The consultant will serve as the public face of DMBA, ensuring excellence in partnership and participant health outcomes.
What You'll Do11
- 1Manage relationships with sponsoring organizations
- 2Act as liaison between DMBA and client HR teams
- 3Provide in-depth knowledge of DMBA health and financial benefits
- 4Create educational materials for open enrollment and training
- 5Plan employer conferences and advisory committee meetings
- 6Develop benefit books and presentations
- 7Support employee education initiatives and reporting
- 8Conduct one-on-one guidance for employees and employers
- 9Travel to client locations
- 10Drive process improvements and handle complex issues
- 11Present information to inspire plan participants
Requirements11
- 1Client-focused mindset with passion for service
- 23-5 years experience supporting employee benefit programs
- 3Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- 4Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure
- 5Certifications such as PHR SHRM-CP or RPA
- 6Knowledge of ACA ERISA COBRA compliance
- 7Fluent Spanish and English
- 8Bachelor's degree in HR Business Administration or related field
- 9Understanding of DMBA health and financial benefits
- 10Experience with DMBA systems and processes
- 11Preference for bilingual candidates
