Embroidery Production Assistant (No Experience Needed)
Overview
You will operate embroidery machines and prepare garments for production in a hands-on production/warehouse role. You will learn hooping, machine operation, quality inspection, and order preparation within your first 90 days. You will work alongside a small, supportive team where everyone helps out and cross-trains. This role trains motivated individuals with a strong work ethic, and Spanish is a plus but not required.
What You'll Do9
- 1Operate embroidery machines after training, following production schedules.
- 2Hoop and prepare garments for embroidery, ensuring proper alignment and tension.
- 3Load and unload garments from machines, handling materials with care.
- 4Inspect finished embroidery for quality and accuracy, catching defects early.
- 5Organize garments and embroidery orders to keep workflow efficient.
- 6Help prepare orders for production and shipping, labeling and sorting as needed.
- 7Keep your work area clean and organized, following safety standards.
- 8Learn new embroidery processes and equipment as they are introduced.
- 9Perform other hands-on tasks to keep production moving, such as folding or stacking.

- 1No experience in embroidery required; training is provided.
- 2Reliable attendance and punctuality for a full-time schedule (hours: 8:30am-5:00pm).
- 3High attention to detail to ensure quality embroidery output.
- 4Comfortable standing and moving for most of the workday in a warehouse environment.
- 5Ability to follow instructions and work at a steady pace.
- 6Willingness to learn and take pride in doing work correctly.
- 7Positive attitude and willingness to help wherever needed.
- 8Spanish speaking is a plus but not required.
