Requirements11
- 1High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- 2Three years of previous customer service experience.
- 3Covered California Certification obtained after training.
- 4Qualified Medicare Beneficiary (QMB) status preferred.
- 5Valid BLS CPR certification preferred.
- 6AA Degree or higher preferred.
- 7Experience with Epic EHR system preferred.
- 8Ability to collaborate across diverse backgrounds and perspectives.
- 9Inclusive thinking and interpersonal awareness demonstrated.
- 10Familiarity with trauma-informed systems and restorative practices.
