What You'll Do11
- 1Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on bakery production equipment
- 2Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical equipment failures
- 3Diagnose and repair production machinery
- 4Fabricate parts brackets guards and machine components as needed
- 5Perform routine inspections to minimize downtime
- 6Maintain equipment reliability and operational efficiency
- 7Support production during equipment breakdowns
- 8Work across multiple maintenance disciplines as a jack of all trades
- 9Prioritize and organize maintenance activities in high-volume production environment
- 10Adapt schedule as production demands require
- 11Ensure compliance with food safety standards in bakery setting
Requirements10
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 2Strong mechanical aptitude
- 3Strong electrical troubleshooting skills
- 4Preventative maintenance expertise
- 5Fabrication experience required
- 6Ability to work in fast-paced manufacturing environment
- 7Positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills
- 8Reliable and flexible schedule availability
- 9Ability to work around food production equipment
- 10Experience in manufacturing food production bakery or industrial processing preferred
