Electrical Technician Battery Testing | Neware Technology
Overview
You will own the installation, service, and repair of battery testing equipment at our Fremont, CA facility and client sites. You will handle general electrical work throughout the warehouse and travel for on-site installations and service calls. What You'll Do8
- 1Install battery testing equipment at our facility and client sites, ensuring proper setup and calibration
- 2Service and repair battery testing equipment, diagnosing and resolving electrical issues on-site and in-house
- 3Maintain electrical wiring, outlets, and circuits throughout the warehouse, adhering to codes and safety standards
- 4Travel to client locations for installations and service calls, carrying necessary tools and documentation
- 5Perform soldering and basic electronic component work, replacing or repairing circuit boards and connections
- 6Learn copper welding as needed, with training provided, to expand repair capabilities
- 7Communicate with clients, partners, and our engineering team to clarify issues and plan solutions
- 8Record accurate service records, including work performed and parts used, in our tracking system
Requirements6
- 1Working knowledge of electrical codes and safety standards
- 2Soldering skills required; welding experience a plus
- 3Mandarin proficiency a plus
- 4Willingness to travel; valid driver's license
- 5Comfortable using a laptop/smartphone daily
- 6Minimum age 18+
