Electrical Assembler, low-voltage systems & PLCs
Overview
Own the assembly, troubleshooting, and wiring of electrical and electronic equipment in industrial settings. Work with PLC units and 12V-24V systems to support operations. Collaborate with a team in a hands-on environment focused on quality and safety. This role offers on-site training and opportunities to expand expertise in electrical controls.
What You'll Do6
- 1Build and install electrical equipment according to codes and standards, documenting changes accurately
- 2Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems and fixtures using testing equipment to ensure reliability
- 3Prepare and assemble conduits and wiring paths
- 4Perform medium voltage switching up to 600 volts and operate generators as needed
- 5Read and interpret schematics, prints, and blueprints and update diagrams with changes
- 6Inspect, maintain, and overhaul electrical and electromechanical equipment including control systems and lighting
Requirements7
- 1Minimum 2+ years of electrical experience
- 2Ability to read and interpret schematics
- 3Experience with 24V systems
- 4Strong communication and ability to work independently
- 5Understand PLC operations and installation
- 6Proficiency with electrical testing equipment and meters
- 7Familiarity with National Electrical Code and safety regulations
