What You'll Do8
- 1Brew and serve coffee, tea, and food items per Dunkin' standards.
- 2Operate Aloha POS and Micros POS for accurate cash handling and sales.
- 3Greet guests, take orders, and ensure satisfaction with each interaction.
- 4Maintain café cleanliness, including prep stations and dining areas.
- 5Balance cash drawer at shift end using basic math.
- 6Follow food safety protocols for handling, prep, and serving.
- 7Restock supplies and assist with inventory counts.
- 8Promote menu items and engage customers to boost sales.
Requirements8
- 11+ year barista or food service experience preferred.
- 2Experience with Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus.
- 3Strong time management to juggle orders during peak hours.
- 4Friendly, approachable demeanor with excellent customer service.
- 5Ability to do basic math for cash transactions and retail math.
- 6Knowledge of food safety and proper handling standards.
- 7Comfortable working in a high-volume café environment.
