- 1Follow Brand standards recipes and systems
- 2Adhere to food safety standards
- 3Prepare food and beverages
- 4Assemble and package orders
- 5Learn menu including limited-time offers and promotions
- 6Maintain clean organized workstation
- 7Stock items such as cups lids at workstation
- 8Take orders at drive thru or front counter and process payments
- 9Meet speed of service standards while delivering accurate orders
- 10Serve and communicate with guests
- 11Maintain guest-focused culture
- 12Communicate effectively with managers and coworkers
- 13Organize and maintain stock room and refrigerated areas
Requirements7
- 1Minimum age 18 years
- 2High school diploma or GED preferred
- 3Willingness to learn and adapt to change
- 4Physical ability to stand for extended periods
- 5Perform repetitive motions including bending stooping and reaching
- 6Lift objects up to 20lbs if applicable
- 7Work in confined spaces
