- 2Prepare food and beverages
- 3Assemble and package orders
- 4Understand the restaurant menu and promotions
- 5Maintain a clean and organized workstation
- 6Stock items at the workstation
- 7Take orders at the Drive Thru or Front Counter
- 8Handle payments if applicable
- 9Meet speed of service standards
- 10Serve and communicate with guests
- 11Maintain a guest-focused culture
- 12Communicate effectively with managers and coworkers
- 13Organize and maintain stock room and refrigerated areas
Requirements6
- 1Must be at least 18 years old
- 2HS Diploma or GED preferred
- 3Willingness to learn and adapt to change
- 4Physical ability to stand for extended periods
- 5Ability to lift objects up to 20lbs
- 6Experience working in fast-paced environments
